Return Policy and Procedure  

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bindle Bottle purchase and your overall Bindle Bottle experience. Products purchased on the Bindle Bottle website can be returned to Bindle Bottle for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. In order to be eligible for return, products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact.

Please note that products must be in the condition in which they were originally received for us to successfully process your refund. Used bottles are not eligible for returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy and Procedure 

Order the wrong color or size? We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bindle Bottle purchase and your overall Bindle Bottle experience. Products purchased on the Bindle Bottle website can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. The best and quickest way to go about this is to place a new order for the items you'd like to receive. Then process a return for the items you wish to send back. To start the return process, please follow the instructions below:

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Products? 

If you added Route to your order, your package was insured from loss, damage, and theft. You can report an issue with Route through the email you receive from Route after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com. 


What is Route Package Protection? 

Adding Route Package Protection to your order at checkout means that your order is protected against being lost, damaged, or stolen. In the unfortunate instance that you experience one of these inconveniences, you can report an issue with Route and they will work with you to make sure you get the resolution you prefer.
