A Weekend to Remember
Last week Bindle took to the beach and celebrated with 50,000 of our closest friends during the Ohana Festival in Dana Point, CA! Ohana, meaning “family” in Hawaiian, is a three-day outdoor concert featuring an eclectic lineup of bands and artists – the perfect gathering on the beach for those looking to close out summer in Style.
As an official partner of the event, Bindle provided branded water stations – in partnership with the Rob Machado Foundation – and bottles to help keep the crowds hydrated and to do our part in ensuring a plastic-free weekend. We also hooked up each VIP performer and concert staff member with a logo bottle for their own use.
Music, Bevvies, and Bindle
The Bindle Lounge stretched about 40 feet along the beach with a perfect view of the stage, making our area a popular spot to grab a drink and put your feet up. Our friends at South Bay Board Co. provided the lounging experience with awesome chairs and umbrellas – big shoutout to them for styling us out!
For those enjoying the three-day weekend event with an adult beverage or two, Bindle had an assortment of fun koozies that were free to all – with all of the drink brands in attendance, these ended up being a huge hit!
The Bindle Paint Party
The Bindle Lounge had a perfect, unobstructed view of the performers – the ideal place to take in a performance by Stevie Nicks, Jack White, P!nk, Grouplove, the Revivalists, and many others. But what about the folks in need of an outlet for creative energy of their own? Well, we had something for them too! Our daily Bindle Art Wall started as a series of blank canvases each day, and soon after would come to take on a life of their own, each one beautifully unique in their own way. Fun for all ages and the perfect activity to participate in or sit back and watch – it was definitely our all-time favorite feature we’ve ever had at an event. The pics tell the story!
Until next time. Cheers!
